The room was new-fashioned & spacious in the photographs, great prices. All the staff was courteous and polite, resolved my issues. Also, location was favourable, at walking distance from Fine Arts Museum. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

that was absolutely great hotel set in tourist area, just off many attractions as well as vietnam. vegetarian cuisine was served in the traditional restaurant.

stayed in HCMC before, but Saigon Central was a pleasant surprise. Great location, away from the tourist center, lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean, basic, and had everything we needed. a perfect choice for a short stay in Saigon.

bathroom needs updating

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel. It had a charming and elegant ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a classic touch that reminded me of the good old days. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with ramps and elevators making it easy for me to navigate around the property.

I would have liked the children working there to be a bit more attentive to the needs of us senior guests. It would have been great if they could offer some assistance with our luggage or provide a helping hand when needed.

saigon central is a nice and clean hotel with a wonderful room. it's in a great location - close to everything - with lots of nearby places to eat. the staff provided all the information i needed and stocked the room with fresh towels and supplies.

The furniture was new and the AC was great. The location was perfect for exploring the city and there was a convenience store nearby. The staff was really nice and helpful, even carrying our suitcases for us. We also enjoyed the local cuisine at a nearby restaurant recommended by our Vietnamese friend.

Our room didn't have a proper window and was quite dark, which was a bit disappointing. there were flying gnats that caused some itching.

Convenient location and helpful staff

During my recent business trip, I stayed at a hotel that had a prime location. It was situated near several business centers and easily accessible by public transport. the hotel staff was eager to assist and very helpful at all times. They answered all my queries and fulfilled my requests efficiently.

My stay was marred by the hotel's low cleanliness standards and the lack of essential amenities. The room was not cleaned to my satisfaction, and the towels were not replaced regularly.

We loved the spacious, well-decorated and spotlessly clean rooms with fresh supplies, towels, and a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were new and great, with a lift to the top floors making it easy to carry our luggage. The location was close to the city centre and the famous Bui Vien walking street, where we could enjoy local food, drinks, and the vibrant nightlife. Also, the staff was friendly, informative, and responsive to our every need.

This hotel is in a great location near Bui Vien street, close to nightlife, but away from the walking street which can be loud. The rooms are spacious and clean with good AC and staff are friendly. There are plenty of street food and massage options close by.

One reviewer noted noise in the hallway from other guests returning late at night.
